For young people navigating emotional challenges, relationships, self-expression and the transitions of adolescence.

Adolescents Exploring Identity

Individual art therapy offers adolescents a confidential, supportive space to explore feelings, experiences and questions of identity that may be difficult to express through words alone.

Through creative expression and reflective dialogue, young people can develop a deeper understanding of their emotions, explore relationships and make sense of changes in their lives. The process is guided by each adolescent’s individual needs, at their own pace.

This work may be supportive for:

-Adolescents exploring identity, belonging and self-esteem
-Young people experiencing emotional difficulties or feeling overwhelmed
